We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags in place, and in its original packaging. You must
also provide receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us
at support@everettavery.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label at a flat rate of $10.00, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted. Please return all returnable items to 2040 Cascade Dr. Idaho Falls, ID 83401 by mail.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at
support@everettavery.com if any item arrives defective or damaged, or if there is an error in shipment, such as receiving the wrong item. Failure to promptly notify us of damages and issues may result in the loss of claim by you.

 

Sale items and gift cards

We will not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If an item is returned and accepted, we will direct you on the mode of exchange. Generally, we will instruct you to complete a new purchase on the Site in order to
create a record of the transaction, and apply paid funds accordingly.

Refunds
If there is a refund, we will notify you by email. Refunds are conditional on returned receipt of the item and inspection of the product by us. Items must pass inspection by us, and at our discretion, before a refund is approved. If approved, all refunds are returned by original payment method. Please understand returns generally are applied within 7-10 business days, but may take longer to post depending on the financial institution.
